I've heard mixed things about fastbuds so I took a look through diaries on here and picked two strains that seem consistently put out decent sized plants.
Trying out living soils dry amendments for this grow. Just add water!

GhettoSetUp So far so good. The stardawg is quite small with very tight internodal spacing. Hopefully it will stretch a good amount over coming weeks.

GhettoSetUp Living soils schedule is definitely too strong π€¬
Luckily the Zkittlez is handling it quite well but the stardawg is stunted And has some yellow leaves ππΌ
Learned a valuable lesson for next time not to trust the amendment schedule. I will use half the amount or less π±
Edit:
I think I've got an excess calcium problem and it's locking out MG and FE in some or all of my plants.
This is because I treated MG deficiency with cal-mag, not realising that the extra calcium would cause problems.
I now have Epsom salts and the plants are bouncing back to varying degrees.
Lesson learned the hard way!
Zkittlez is taking it surprisingly well, probably the most resilient plant in the tent.

Stardawg not so much but it's getting very fat buds already! πͺπ»
I think once I've dialled in my technique a bit more I'll try running the Zkittlez again as it has a lot of potential π―

It's currently drying. To me it looks and smells nothing like stardawg.. it has a very obvious white widow smell to it which I did not expect.

GhettoSetUp I'll come back and do a smoke update when it's dry.
As you can see I stunted it but that has not detracted from the flower quality.
I am impressed with the frost and density but a bit disappointed that it's nothing like stardawg.
Great diary mate. I'm just switching from hydro to living soil so good to know not to go by the manufacturers recommended schedule you've saved me from learning a valuable lesson thanks!
