Went on vacation and came home to the plants looking giant in comparison. 2 autos still aren't flowering after 8 weeks... hoping they are just slow and flower soon. If they do flower soon I should get some good weight off of them because they are pretty big so far

Just curious what might be causing my leaves to start off looking weird and twisted like almost? Is it just genetics possibly? First picture is the screwed up one, second is a different strain started at the same time

Oh and if you do transplant it, I'd recommend you kinda rinse/wash the roots in water (if you wanna be sure), coz you might have like little pockets of nutrient excess/deficiencies, buildups and whatnot.

And yeah, occasionally genetics. If you wanna be sure, just transplant it to some different "clean" soil.

The germination itself (popping out the seed can cause weirdness), light, heat, watering and nutrients.

First picture is my best plant so far. Second is my smallest one which was planted late. I intend on puting these plants outside in like 5 days. Should I just leave them with the small CFL bulbs real close or would they benefit from a few days of big LED?

Sort answer yes! The LEDs will help to hardness off and acclimate them to be higher intensity of the sun outside, but you're probably good to start putting them out in a dappled sun / semi shade area as of now anyway (May24) :) If it's +10C a night there, you're fine to leave them out overnight, if not bring them into the shed /garage. After another week or so outside they should be just fine in the ground or pots. Happy growing!

Basically brown spots on lower leaves. Likely first set of real leaves. What might this be?

Not sure if that's nutrients. Might be bunched up leaves, too much moisture, no light sort of thing. I wouldn't worry about that, but if you check on the left there, th ere's a curled leaf, touching the fanleaf below it...it might've been something like that.

So these plants have been growing 8 weeks now and aren't flowering... supposed to be autoflower. Am I safe to assume that they likely are not?

The genetic is unstable, the Ruderalis traits (the auto flowering traits) aren’t locked down correctly. It requires years of studies in the Mendelian laws of inheritance and a grade in genetic to correctly lock down traits on a first attempt in a genetic mapping... and such kind of people don’t work in a Cannabis breeding operation 😊 Here is a great video on YouTube to give you a hint on the fundamentals 😉: https://youtu.be/9dHBTckFvME

Cannabis king, in my grow the one that is flowering is actually just a different seed from a different breeder then these 2 I posted pictures of on my question.

It looks like to me that you have one auto and the rest are photoperiod they don,t look far enough along to be autos or all of them would be 2 weeks into flower like the one girl plus autos tend to be shorter
