I see you are also giving water by hand, after checking youre plants I would give them 200ML to 250ML per plant once every 2 days. It's a feeling you gonna have to create by doing this a lot. But to give you a idea, if your plants are just as big as your pot is wide, and have filled up nice. It should be ready to flower and she will be drinking 400 to 500 ML once every 2 daysβοΈπΌπ Good luck
