I topped the 5th node. Topping the the 5th node forces the plant to show it's sex. When I topped this pheno, 3 tops started growing. It is a confirmed female popped from seed.

@TheMachinist, top the 5th node and your plant will show it's sex. Don't wait until the 6th or 7th node grows, I think that's what you're asking, I hope I answered it ok. and sorry for the late response.

I don't think i've ever heard of sexing a plant by topping. Did you mean top at 5th node and then root the cutting and sex the cutting?

@TheMachinist, No. just simply top the 5th node when it grows that big. I learned this from someone who pops many seeds.

do you plan to cut off the 5th node and root it? Or were you waiting till there were 6-7 and cutting off at the 5th? I was thinking of trying this on my next regular seed grow.
