Dobbys Watermelon is off to a good start thus far.
She's under 15w of LED, which I'll switch up to 30w when she has another set of leaves to handle it 😀.
This will become another hybrid indoor/outdoor grow. My outside space only gets around 4 hours or so direct sunlight, so I top my girls up with light in a tent overnight. The nightshift 😁
So far so good with this one. She's convinced me she was ready for outside, in the shade of her bigger sisters. So from now she'll just do a night shift in her tent.
All things considered this little ones doing great.
Twice this week I've found her bent over, so she now has a couple of sticks in her pot to help hold her up.
She's not been caught in the act, but I suspect Dobby. She tends to use the plants as camouflage for her hunting, and at some point she's got carried away 😀. No harm done
Well my assistant Dobby is convinced this little one needs to lie down. I've not caught Dobby in the act, but I'm fairly sure it's not the wind, so..... There's been no actual break in her stem, but sure the stress has held her back a bit.
Hopefully it's going to be less of a problem as she get's larger, and I get another seedling on the go for Dobby to bully 😁
Well this lady is on the verge of flower. She's shot up this week in her stretch. I've decided not to top this one, and see how she does.
I removed the two lowest limbs, and cleaned her up a bit.
I've also increased her feed, with no ill effects........ yet 😁
