@Odin9, I tend to go 36 inches and 50% output for new clones. 26 inches and 50% output for early veg. 26 inches and 80% for late veg/flower.
I don't have AC in my lung room and it's summer so I haven't been able to pass 80% without my tent getting too hot. I have heard people run this at 90% and even 100% in flower but it's just too hot for my setup.
