This is my first time ever trying to grow. Just received my first patch of clones and already a learning experience. I had the greatest game plan on how I was going to trim and train this batch until I learned that nodes are not at the same level as seeds may be. Threw my hole game off so I'm currently researching and considering what I will do. Will probably LST. Cups are filled with what looks like your typical starting soil and has 3 holes drilled at the bottom for drainage. Grower had clones under a light in a basement, so these need to be introduced slowly to outside light. Currently have them in a hoophouse (not as harsh as direct sunlight) and will gradually introduce them outside with no cover.

Started to fill out the solo cup, so I decided she was ready for a new home. Transplanted her into a 5 Gal container and started to LST. Looks like I have two stems to work with, but I'm not entirely sure how they will grow together. Water about 6 cups every other day or so.

What a difference a week makes. We've had some crazy warm weather this past week (high 80's in early june) which I think helped with her growth. Started to LST the two stems I pointed out earlier in the week and will continue to try and move the other branches out to make room for more sunlight. I've been watering this close to a gallon of water every 2-3 days, but if the temps stay high will probably have to increase that.

I seem to be having the same trouble with all my plants right now. I'm getting yellowing from new growth and I'm currently thinking its wither lockout from the high temps we've been getting so early in the season or my potting soil (Happy Frog) is running out of Nutrients. I mixed up a 0-0-13 spray I use on my farm and decided to give it a foliar spray to see if the lack of phosphorus could be the problem. If it helps or I don't see any change I may give it a shot of Tiger Bloom and Grow Big. This is puzzling me because even the plants I transplanted 2 weeks after these are showing the same signs. Can't be lack of nutrients????? I've been watering from the faucet which has a iron remover and softener and have been lowering the PH to 6.5. May try lower the PH a bit more just to see if that helps....... Other then that, everything has been growing well. Haven't been able to do a lot of LST on this plant with farm season under way, but will start it this coming week before its to late. Still trying to figure out which branches get tied down and which ones I bend to keep level. Its a learning experience for sure.

Since she's been drying out a lot quicker I decided to pot her up this week to her final home. Found out the reason the leaves were turning white was because of the neighbors spraying next door and my plants got some of his drift. Picture above of my willows I use as a buffer and starting to die back because of the pesticides. She looks like she'll recover fine, but im keeping a good eye on her. I put 3 bamboo rods through the pot to allow me to train the stem down the middle while pulling the other branches to the side. Looks like this will work for a while till she outgrows it.
