L0R3N After 24 hours in paper towel, the seeds already show a slight opening where the radicle will emerge.

L0R3N This week I wouldn't call it vegetative. I believe the seeds are still in the germination stage.
After the high temperature that occurred because of the open reflector, I bought and installed a cooltube and the internal temperature improved a lot! 😇
On the first day the seed went into the substrate, I made a mistake by letting the soil dry out and that delayed the seed's development process😵. Throughout this week, I sprayed water whenever possible to keep the soil moist and then things started to progress. 😁

L0R3N Joana had difficulties getting rid of the seed shell, so I gently intervened in this process using tweezers. Shortly after this process, she showed her cotyledons and the first leaves, and she’s developing great. Apparently, she’s hit her stride now! 😅 Joana has a lower leaf density but greater height. 5.3cm
The plant Maria has been strong since germination. She has a higher leaf density and shorter height. 5.0cm
I did the first watering with fertilizer 2ml flowermind A and 0.25g flowermind B diluted in 1 liter of water pH6.5. I watered with 70 to 80ml of this solution in each pot. After watering, they drooped down, which worried me. I hope it’s nothing serious.
Until next time. 😇

L0R3N This week I made the watering solution and stored it in a plastic bottle (the kind for milk). Yesterday, after watering, I measured the pH of the solution, which was between 7 and 7.5. I will try to stabilize the next waterings at 6.5.
I applied neem oil as a pest preventive. I diluted 2.5 ml of neem oil in 500 ml of water and sprayed it on the front and back of the leaves.
See you next week.
That's an awesome start!! Make sure to keep it humid while they're in the ground, it helps them pop up! We covered the pot with a damp paper towel and they sprouted their little seedlings pretty quick!
