The Durban Poison is now really getting a beast, full of leaves and stamps its verry nice to see that the topping.did his work. But
the roots of the plant push the soil out of the pot, so I have a small problem. i dont expect this because i put 2 plates under it and the roots still growing under the pot. I think this is a sign of a beast :). so The Durban Poison is a real beast strain whit a max power. Greetss and enjoy!!
I have one question about the Durban Poison. It a good mold resistant strain. But the lowest big branch is broken til the middel of head branch. Do you think it survives or do i must take some vaseline whit salt ? Greets
@GrownTrees, if you can get take Propolis( from Bees) and put it onto the wound, you can seal it whith beeswax too ( warming the beeswax in your hand) . Propolis is a natural Antibiotika. keeps away bacterias happy growing. If you dont can get those things try to get some Treewax, whre you can seal wounds if you cut an branch fom an tree
I look everyday to it but it don't mold, I had it a few times that it verry quick has mold on it but i think or the strain is verry mold resistant or it was not deep enough to gets mold. So i have luck this time verry big luck. But atill thanks for all the help and thanks for the great reaction !!!ββ
@GrownTrees,Whats up whith the broken branch? could you save it? . She looks beautiful in her flowerdress. waiting for getting purple.. that should be soon, the nightsare quite cold
What can I say, just perfect, I'm wondering if you have any advice regarding Plagron, I use Grow, Bloom and vita race, today I started with Bloom, what would you add, and would you add anything else.
@Ancient_Genetics, yes its incredible never had it before everyday after work first take care about that tree and than the rest. Thanks and best wishes for your grow too π±
@GrownTrees, That's really incredible data, 12l of water per day, I believe you are one of the few who can produce something like that, just with bloom. Thanks for the answer, and for the data because I'm new to using plagron. I wish you the best of luck in the next run.
@Ancient_Genetics, good question. Whit this plant i dont had other feeding than plagron terra bloom and Lightmix from plagron whit perlite and coco. Mostly i build it up start whit low feeding en end up whit the max. I thought max was 5ml on a liter. So nothing more, only this plant was drinking every day 12 liters and 1 bottle in total of plagron π€£
Damn - this brought back some memories from last year. Even the name of the diary - minus the hyphen -- she was a winner... and she is again. Not from the same seed source... but who cares. Did you know that Durban Poison was referenced in Humble Pie's famous song "30 days in the Hole"?.. listen closely next time!
π
@GrownTrees, story of my life I suppose... I went to look up the Official lyrics for the song and it turns out I was incorrect.... Unless the boys were fibbing. These lyrics as laid out make no sense to me....
....
Newcastle Brown, I'm tellin' you, it can sure smack you down
Take a greasy whore and a rollin' dance floor
It's got your head spinnin' round
If you live on the road, well there's a new highway code
You take the urban noise with some dirt with poison
It's gonna lessen your load

>> when I hear this song... I hear DURBAN POISON.... gonna lessen your load.... NOT "dirt with poison". Back in those days you weren't allowed to make any references to weed in lyrics anybody would recognize. But after I heard that for the first time AFTER I actually grew a Durban Poison I jumped for past joy of non-realization. The lyrics are a lie. What you hear is real. π
@dalemac,yes she is for sure a big winner of the outdoor strains. She was and is a beautifull powerfull strain. I don't know the song but I gonna listen it today βοΈπ»βοΈπ»
Oh my goodness!!! you give me a little hope. I say little hope because I'm growing Durban Poison in my tent but she's been acting kind of weird not taking well to nutes. Your Durban tree is sooo beautiful!π―
Nice grow man! I'm about to do one with hydro, outdoor and I was wondering what a 5 gallon bucket hydro was compared to dirt? I want to grow trees and I am wondering how big of container to use. Is 5 gal big enough?
Whit a 5 gallon pot you can come far. If you top all the sides of your plant for the nice Bush structure. And don't top the head that she can grow so far she want than you get almost the same for sure. Thx for your reaction. And good luck whit your grow
Yes @dalemac ,, The container size is verry important every year i get trees around this size. Whit good nutrients and a nice light ground you can come verry far in one summer! Enjoy Bro !!! Greets
