I started this seed to replace a Green Poison that got a mold infection. She'll be going into the ground outside when she's big enough. She'll have some company, but they're in pots, and were started in March, so they probably won't be making any appearances here. I'll add some more photos later (if I can, first time using this site). Don't really know what else to say, so if you have any questions feel free to ask.
Ahh, heh heh. Ooops.
I meant to keep this updated, but that was a brutal week. She's in the ground now though, so at least that's progress. My other plants had to deal with a cold snap and windstorm, and dealing with the damage took up a lot of time. I didn't lose any of them, but it got kinda close for one of them. If anyone is growing Bruce Banger, she doesn't deal well with cold winds.
There really isn't much to say about this girl though. She's been happy enough so far. No trouble, no issues. We're going into a heatwave this week, but being in the ground she shouldn't have any issues with it.
I'll likely be topping her to keep her under the fence line, but if she stays flexible I might try my hand at LST. I'll be checking out other grow journals to get an indication of how this strain does with different training methods, but if anyone has any advice feel free to speak up.
Looking forward to a long season here!

So, getting back on track, we're trucking right along. 3rd set of true leaves are coming in nicely. She's gone through a few windy days, and her first rain shower with no problems, and seems to like the spot I picked for her. There are supposed to be a few thunderstorms some time in the next few days, so we'll see how that goes. I'm leaving the support in for now. It's loose enough that the wind should still strengthen the stem, but will be there if she needs it for now.
I still don't know how I'm going to train her. I'll let her get a couple more sets of true leaves before making any decisions.
I'll be trying for daily updates and pics, but no promises.

Rained last night, and it's going to rain some more today, but I just got out there during a break in the clouds to snap a couple of pics. Hope she doesn't stretch too much from the overcast conditions.

She is stretching a bit. I think I may have the more sativa phenotype too. I have grown plants in the same location before, so I'm pretty sure she's getting enough light. At least I don't have to worry about feeding her, I amended the soil pretty well this spring.
Whoops, almost forgot, something has been nibbling on her leaves. I am planning to give her a spray of chitosan this evening when she's out of direct sunlight.

And here we reach the end of week 2. She's doing well, and the weather is finally starting to co-operate. Looking forward to seeing how she does under better conditions.
What a hectic few days. So, we identified the pests eating the plant. Earwigs. I got some diatomaceous earth, and mixed it in with the chitosan spray to take care of them, and I spread some under the plant to help prevent the little bastards from getting to her in the first place. We'll see if it works over the next few days.
Whoops. Well, I've been pretty busy, so this journal kinda slipped my mind. I'll try to get back on it.
She's had problems with the earwigs, so I started using diatomaceous earth and earwig traps to fight them. They helped a lot, though we've had enough rain that the de has to be replaced pretty frequently. I also added a stake as the wind was too intense and she was permanently knocked on her side until I got her upright.
The pic above was from the end of week 6, and it's the end of week 7 in a couple of days.
Don't really know/remember anything else to add.
Yeah. I'm pretty bad at the whole diary thing.😬
She's actually the last of my plants this year to start flowering, but she's starting to pick up steam. She's flowering faster than the Amnesia "fast" I have, but I'm not too surprised since she's in the ground and the Amnesia is in a pot.
I'll try to post more often. Actually take pics documenting the whole of the flowering period this year, at least once a week. 😅
Good luck with bugs, dude that is hard to grow out there for real, bugs are too intense, need a lot of caring plus good stuff anti bugs, wish you the best growmie
@Siriuz, Thanks! This is the first year I've had a real problem with them. I think it's because it warmed up so fast an early this year. Got a handle on them now though, diatomaceous earth and earwig traps.
The diatomaceous earth should do the trick...i put it around outdoor and inside my tents and greenhouse before each grow even,, it isnt totally 100% going to keep everything away always,,but it does work and sure wont hurt em...hope it works out for you,,,good luck...
@Jack_the_Mighty, right on...glad its helping...like i said earlier,,i use it before an issue starts,,keeps things down to a minimum if nothing else and usually stops/kills most before if starts damage...good luck..enjoy.
@spyder, Thanks, yeah it's helping a lot, as are the earwig traps. First time I've had to deal with this much damage to such a young plant, but she's doing a lot better now.
