Welcome to another home recipe from your friend Happy91. Today I will be making medicated gummies. I have made them a few times now and finally got the recipe down. TIME: 30-45 minutes TOOLS: Double Broiler, Stove, Whisk or Fork, Rubber Spatula, Mixing Bowl, 1 Small Saucepan, Measuring Cup and Teaspoon, Silicon Molds, Pot Holders, and Refrigerator. INGREDIENTS: 1 Cup Sparkling Cider, 3/4 ounce Unflavored Gelatin, 1/2 cup Infused Cannabis Oil, 3 Teaspoons Liquid Lecithin, 1.5 Teaspoons Lemon Juice, 3 Ounces Jell-O.

Start off by bringing the water below the double broiler to a simmer and keep it there, with the top of the double boiler remaining empty for now. While we wait for the water to come to a simmer get your mixing bowl, fork, 3/4 ounce Unflavored Gelatin, and 1/2 cup Sparkling Cider. SLOWLY add the Gelatin to Cider while mixing until firm, it takes me about 5 minutes, and then when finished set aside for later. By now the water below should be at a simmer and you can add the 3 Teaspoons Liquid Lecithin and 1/2 Cup Infused Oil into the top of the double boiler while slowly mixing. Now you will need the Saucepan and bring the other 1/2 cup Sparkling Cider to a boil, then stir in Jell-O making sure there are no clumps and the 1.5 Teaspoon Lemon Juice. After it's well mixed add to double broiler mixture stirring together slowly.

Almost done! Next we are going to SLOWLY add the gelatin to the double broiler mixture, If you add too fast or all at once you will find clumps and not get the best gummy consistency. Be sure to whisk or use a fork and mix for at least 10 minutes to be sure it's smooth and creamy. After, add to Measuring Cup and pour into your Silicone Molds, then set in fridge overnight.
