Fonzi The weather wasn't so good the last few days .. a lot of rain .. they stay outside, so I don't bring them inside at night. All night rain doesn't kill them, of course, but not quite as well .. A NL has problems or shows necrotic spots .. But growth is great. I forgot to tie them down, I still have to do it otherwise they will be a bit too big ..

Fonzi It's raining a lot... not so good. The climate could be better.. But I like the growth of the NL.. the internode spacing is perfect and they aren't too leafy. I should have tied them down earlier, they're about 70cm tall now.

Fonzi The weather isn't optimal.. a lot of rain in the last few days. Now the sun is back.. But I generally don't have many hours of sunlight.. from around 2:30 PM, they're already in the shade.. but so far, I haven't had such bad results. I'm excited about the NL. It definitely looks great..

Fonzi The sweets are quite hungry and were only recently fertilized. I didn't have enough fertilizer left, the indoor plants took priority. They're starting to smell, a bit too much. I estimated the NL to be a bit more discreet, but we'll see, otherwise I'll send another plant to my buddy. Weather-wise, it's not going so optimally...

Fonzi The NL is developing well.. It also smells a bit more than I thought.. let's wait and see. I didn't fertilize at the beginning because I didn't have much fertilizer at home. Now they get 2ml/l bloom etc. with every watering.. One NL is forming purple buds..

Fonzi They look delicious.. smell good.. and the yield will be good too, the buds will be fat and not too leafy. Great genetics. But the Fast Buds plants always look like this. In 20-30 days they should be about ready, I’ll take the risk and leave them for now. The weather is really crappy... a lot of rain. They’re getting 3ml/l bloom.. 1ml/l grow.. The buds will turn purple... The aroma is sweet but still smells like fresh paint.. you probably know it.. some strains smell like fresh paint during flowering.

Fonzi I had to remove a few spots of bud rot. Annoying, but there's still plenty left. Mold was generously removed. The tip of the main bud from #1 was removed because it was also moldy. I would have thought the NL is a bit more resilient; I didn't have such problems with other strains like Zkittlez or West Coast OG and Gelato in the last few years, but the Northern Lights has very compact and dense buds in comparison. You can see powdery mildew on the buds; there will be more mold, but I hope it stays under control. It's frustrating; the buds have great quality, nice and firm, and the aroma is very tasty. I'll harvest them as early as I can, but they still need a bit more time. There's no point in harvesting them immature. It's disgusting to smoke weed that was harvested a bit too early, but I've already lost a few grams.
