July 30: Younger plant is now bigger than plant started in early May. Cold weather in May definitely caused stress induced stunting in most of the plants. Plants started since mid-May are all bigger.
Nice plant produces a nice tasty smoke. This later start plant was a bit taller than the early spring one but didn’t obviously produce more buds. The earlier plant had slightly better buds as it ripened under stronger sunlight. Weights are estimated as this is all going for hash and it was not weighed separately.
Later start plant was slightly bigger than earlier start plant. Nice buds overall but better on the earlier plant that ripened under stronger sunlight. At 53N latitude the UV intensity of the sunlight drops quickly after mid-August.
Recommended overall as an easy plant producing nice buds of moderate (I.e. sufficient) strength.
