flatwhitenosugar This is my first ever grow and week 1 was a success, all 3 seeds germinated and sprouted together!
80x80x160cm tent (2.5x2.5ft), P1000 Viparspectra LED (100W), 2x inline 4" fans (in/out airflow), 1 oscillating fan for circulation.
Light at 24" and 40% on a 20/4 cycle. Struggled to keep the temp up during lights off, so added a heater on day 6. Used humidity domes for the first few days to keep humidity levels up.

flatwhitenosugar Week 2 seemed to go well, all 3 plants growing nicely.
PH-adjusted watering to 6.3-6.5 (no added nutrients yet). Light increased to 60%. Managed to balance out temp so it stays between 24-20º. Humidity is low, but I'm spaying the tent walls constantly and adding a few bowls of water near the intake fans to hopefully avoid needing a humidifier.
One plant is showing a darker leaf that's twisting a little, not sure if it's light stress or maybe nitrogen toxicity, but I haven't added any nutrients, just what was in the soil from the bag.

flatwhitenosugar Week 3 didn't go as well as I hoped.
Plants are growing well and i Increased the light to 75%, but I'm noticing more twisting of the leaves and some spots on the bottom right one. Worried it was a deficiency, so I gave them their first dose of nutrients: 1/2 dose of BioBizz Grow on day 16.
A few days later they didn't look better, more darker green and slightly shiny leaves, with a few tips turning down/up. I think it's nitrogen toxicity and I made a mistake buying mainstream potting mix with slow release fertiliser in it.
On day 20 I did a flush with a lot of runoff hoping that helps, but I don't know if it's possible to "flush" out the slow release fertiliser?

Do you think this looks like a nitrogen toxicity issue? Is it likely because I made a mistake using mainstream potting mix with slow release fertiliser in it? If so, will a flush or multiple flushes help, or should I transplant to better quality, organic soil? Thanks in advance!

Yeah looks like some nitrogen toxicity.. and if it was me personally, I would probably transplant into a higher quality organic soil or starter seed soil and feed nutrients manually.
If it’s something like miracle-gro, it’s gonna continue causing issues I’d think - especially growing an autoflower. I made the mistake of using miracle gro years back and it burned a photoperiod plant of mine, so imagine it will do worse to an autoflower which commonly requires less nutrients.
I’m really not sure that a flush will help.. that’s why I personally would be leaning towards a transplant. You may shock it a bit with the transplant. But otherwise if you have to flush more than a few times, you’re definitely stunting her and time is of the essence with autos.

flatwhitenosugar Week 4 was a bit of a disaster.
I transplanted all 3 plants into organic super soil on Day 22 because the slow release fertliser in the store-bought potting mix was burning the leaves. But I screwed up and damaged the roots quite badly in the process.
It took 4 days for the plants to look viable again with new growth, so on day 26 I started LST. Lights are now at 16" and 100%. No nutrients this week, just PH'd water.
Plants are finally coming back strong, so fingers crossed week 5 is better!

flatwhitenosugar Week 5 went really well, it's amazing how fast they can grow, there's lots of bud sites now with pistils developing.
Plenty of LST and some light defoliation, re-introduced watering with nutrients (BioBizz Grow and BioBizz Bloom) and they seem to be back on track after things going bad in week 4.

flatwhitenosugar Week 6 was okay — more LST and defoliation to help with air flow, the bud sites and pistols continued to develop.
Noticed 2 or 3 gnats flying around on Day 38, so sprayed with PureCrop1 Organic pest formula and put up a few yellow sticky squares. Looks like it did the job as there's no sign of anything a few days later. However, the foliar spray left the smaller leaves curly and little gnarly, hopefully they'll straighten out again.
Watering with 0.5ml/L of BioBizz Grow and 1.5ml/L of Biobizz Bloom.
