CraftedFlower Started in glass of water and moved to paper towel. I accidentally broke the taproot on the 2nd plant, so I replaced the second plant with a direct seed.

CraftedFlower #1 - This plant is looking the best out of the bunch. Nice and short, but based on the leaf color and overall look, this plant seems to be loving life.
#2 - This plant is absolutely vigorous. It was the only one grown from seed and still outgrew the other plants that were already germinated and had decent sized taproots. It's tall and big and makes me nervous that it might be a boy. I've heard that males will tend to sprout up and rise quickly to get above the females. I guess we'll find out!
Also, I'm planning to get a lot better ventilation setup for my veg tent this week!

CraftedFlower I transplanted these girls this week to a solo cup. I need to get more soil this week, and then I'll be up-potting to a 3 gallon ASAP. I was on vacation this week, but the plants seemed to hold up just fine after a hefty watering! In fact, these plants need seem to need very little watering so far!
#1- I love the structure of this plant so far. It seems to be about medium height; not super squatty by any means. It's looking really healthy and I'm hoping it's a girl!
#2- This plant is tall and a bit funky looking. I'm really not loving the structure so far, but we'll see what happens. It looks a little unhealthy if I'm being honest. :(

CraftedFlower Went ahead and topped these ladies, as well as moved them both up to 3 gallon pots. They're really continuing to grow quite well! #2 is a looking a bit nutrient rich and is still tall and lanky, but #1 is looking like it's absolutely loving life. I'm planning to give nutes to these plants in a a week or 2.

CraftedFlower Did some minor defoliation this week. These plants are taking off and seem to be doing really well! They are now actually the same height. So #2, which was way taller in the beginning, has definitely begun to slow. I'm going to do one more topping session and then introduce nutrients this week.

CraftedFlower Topped again and then topped all of the side shoots on both plants. I can't believe how fast these plants are bouncing back from the topping. It's what I love to see! This will be the last week of veg before they move into the flower room!

CraftedFlower Got 2 girls!! Both seem to be doing well and are showing pre-flowers. They're growing pretty vigorously and are wanting to flower badly!
#1 definitely has a sativa structure
#2 looks like a nice hybrid structure IMO

CraftedFlower These ladies are absolutely killing it! #1 has very sativa-like leaves but has an amazingly squatty structure. After rubbing the stem, she has a bit more fruity scent, but still very skunky smelling.
#2 continues to seem right in that hybrid sweet spot. She seems to be slightly more vigorous than #1. The stem of #2 smells like literal animal shit of some type. I end of having to wash my hands after rubbing it because it's so potently disgusting. I'm excited.

CraftedFlower Did some heavy defoliation this week. Both plants are starting to develop trichomes and are still growing like beasts! #1 has some really great stacking going on. If it fils in well, it's going to look like one fat cola on each shoot.

CraftedFlower Did some very minor defoliation on #1 this week. They both are still smelling like lemon-lime powder, but #1 definitely still smells more potent compared to number 2.
My thoughts:
#1- Going to be a very potent flower
#2- Not quite as potent, but seems to be packing on weight more quickly

CraftedFlower These girls are absolutely killing it. Both are stacking up nicely and really beginning to fatten up a little. #1 Smells like lemon lime, very potent. #2 smells more like a softer lemon, and not quite as potent.

CraftedFlower These girls are thriving and loving life. #2 seems to be really thriving even more so than #1. More trichomes are developing and wow, I love the lemon and somewhat limey aromas coming from them. With 3-4 weeks left, these girls will still have a decent amount of fattening up to do!

CraftedFlower More orange pistils are showing up this week. Both plants are having trouble supporting their buds. But due to lack of planning on my end, I've been scrambling to keep them up using an interesting technique with garden ties.
#1 has such a cool sativa look. The buds are fattening up and have a nice lime green color to them. Smells like an actual lemon smell. It's a softer lemon smell, not harsh by any means.
#2 is definitely a sativa-leaning hybrid (at least look-wise). I love the leaves on this gal. I'm guessing she'll be the heavier producer of the 2. It'll be close, but #2's buds just look like they'll be dense AF. She smell like lemon/lime candy. Maybe a bit sour.
I'm thinking these have at least 2-3 more weeks before harvesting.

CraftedFlower Gave these girls their last feeding this week and then started to flush. Man, I really wish I had planned my support system better. But I guess it's a lesson learned. These fat buds are starting to fall over! Both smell like lemon, but #1 is like the fruit and #2 is much candy-like. Excited to harvest these ladies, but can't wait to see the continued stacking!

CraftedFlower Flushed all week. These girls are starting to ripen up quickly! I plan to chop next week! Both smell of lemons, but #1 is so much more like real fruit, very soft smelling. #2 is very candy-lemon smelling. Still can't believe how many good sized buds there are on these plants!
Ended up adding a trellis net for support. Not the most elegant solution this late in cycle, but it was the best I had and seems to have worked out pretty well!
