So I missed week one of veg but not much happening. Bit better this week. One of the ES was nearly lost but I took her back inside and she recovered. I’ll give it another bit before I put her back out. The 2 lights in the cupboard is only like 40w actual draw LED’s so I want them in the sun ASAP. Lesson learned not to push too soon. Hopefully the progress should increase from here
Haven’t been having the best of weather this week. Overcast/raining al week. Day 21 today and a bit of sun finally. Bit of sun coming for the next few weeks I think so all going well should get the last few weeks of veg.
Great weather this week. But if a heat wave. The girls are loving it and have really taken off. Decided to tie the main branch down on the 2 biggest to see how they go and they seem to be doing well

Not the best weather this week maybe slowing down progress but 1 of each strain is performing well enough. Won’t be great yields but the buds are getting bigger. Happy enough so far.
So I have a question. One of the plants fell there and the main stem is cracked where it is bent up. I wrapped masking tape around it. Will that save it?
Personally, I make a splint with a stick when this happens and use rubber covered wire to attach the stick/splint above and below the breakage. This works well and in 3-4 weeks, often the splint can be removed to reveal a completely healed stem. Whatever you do, do not rub soil or spray the breakage with water, you need it to air dry and crust over. Even with the tape you used, there is a risk from excess moisture (sweating) under the tape, causing perfect conditions for fungus to grow and kill everything growing above the breakage. This is also why you do not smear dirt or spray water on the break, it just increases the risk of fungal attack.
There is no reason to stop your normal watering and/or feeding schedule, your plant will be fine, but I personally would remove the tape and make a splint out of a stick - a bamboo skewer works well, and remember, the break needs to air dry and crust over, just like a human wound. And just like a human wound, you don't spray that with water and keep it mushy soft, this just leads to infection.

2 of the best plants took a tumble and broke. The DKC #2 is hopefully taking it in her stride and the MK #1 had more damage but is doing her best to keep growing.looking into a couple of weeks of better weather I hope so plants should bulk up with a bit of decent sun
It looks like the top of the master kush is starting to die off but the side branches are growing well. It looks dehydrated I wonder if the break is so severe that it is not getting water? Would filial spray help
If you just recently had a snap/break in the upper cola/branch in the last couple days - I’d say it might be dying off unfortunately.. if it doesn’t perk up soon I’d be tempted to chop it off. See how it reacts to a good watering and give it a couple days I’d say.. if it starts looking progressively worse I would cut it off to save resources and concentrate growth of side branching buds.
This week has been good. Few days with rain but mostly clear and now a week of solid sun ahead of me (perfect timing) 😂🤔 I think the double kush cake is ready to start flushing. The early skunk is impressively soldiering on through life
Looking at the photos in your diary I’d say they still need a few more weeks. The plants look good enough that I wouldn’t harvest early unless you were having bud rot/mold issues. 🌱
Unfortunately you’ve got yourself some bud rot. Usually caused by too much humidity and not enough air movement.
Outdoors has been tough all around this year.
It’s best to cut it off, so the rest of your crop doesn’t contract it’s spores 🌱
A bit late this week due to a busy schedule. This has been a hard week with the bit of mold on the double kush cake. I lost a couple of buds but the remainder look good. The master kush lost the top but the rest of the buds are fattening nicely. The Early skunk are doing well but the bigger one has a lot of yellow leaves. A few more weeks before the flush.
The double kush cake is doing a bit of stretching this week more than others I have seen but I assume it is because there hasn’t been enough sun and she’s looking for it
@Takingtheplunge, lol...thats the way it should be..if enjoying it then you will spend the time taking care of them..have fun is most important part of growing in my opinion..

Kannst auch glücklich mit sein. Sehen toll aus. Mache dir um die Ernte keine Sorgen, so 5 wochen noch, da werden sie noch viel fetter. Und das beste gras der welt ist dein eigenes!

@GrowwUp, cheers. Plenty to take away for next year. I think I was about 6 weeks late planting the seeds. But in saying that. I’ve been lucky. The weather over here isn’t great at the best of times. So I am delighted to get them all flowering and frosting and a few weeks from harvest. Fingers crossed for the final furlong
