These ladies are doing well!
They got their first feeding on 6/27, prior to that I figured they were getting enough nutrition from the soil, and I didn't want to burn them.
I fed them the same Alaska Fish Fertilizer 5-1-1 that I use with my photoperiods. I only fed them a little the first time, maybe 1/2 cup, waited a day, and then gave them a full cup on 6/29 so I'm just gradually increasing.
I do want them to put out more growth, since there's only a limited amount of time before they flower, but I don't want to stress them out either. But now that they're taking feeding well I'm going to ramp things up from here on out. I also wanted to make sure they'd adjust from the well water I used when they were in the house to the stream water I use in the garden/hoop house. I know that the stream has a higher iron content, and of course it has plenty of critters living in there.
Overall, things are going well and I'm really excited. I love seeing their growth from day to day!
