------------------------------------ ~SEEDSMAN PEYOTE ZKITTLEZ~ ------------------------------------ Description Peyote Zkittlez is an Indica-dominant hybrid strain bred by pollinating Peyote WiFi with the sweet-tasting Zkittlez. Peyote WiFi is itself a cross of Peyote Purple and the US Indica WiFi strain. Zkittlez is a 3-way cross of Grape Ape, Grapefruit and a third, top secret, strain. Peyote WiFi is an Indica-dominant strain which is a cross of Peyote Purple, derived from a single purple pheno-type which was back-crossed for several generations to cement its qualities, and WiFi, a US Indica strain created by crossing The White with Fire OG. This plant is medium-sized with large, broad leaves and takes around 75 days of flowering before it is ready to harvest producing very generous yields of highly potent weed - up to 650 gr/m2 indoors and 1500 gr/plant when cultivated outdoors. The THC potential of this strain is very high with plants attaining 26 - 28%. Zkittlez is a sweet-tasting Indica-dominant (80%) cannabis strain which produces high yields boasting high levels of THC. This is a very colorful strain displaying green and purple colors with bright orange pistils. Zkittlez is a 3-way cross between Granddaddy Purple, Grapefruit and Afghani. It is suitable for growing in all environments and takes between 60 - 65 days to complete flowering indoors. Outdoors it will be ready to harvest during late September in northern latitudes. After being transplanted into the 10g fabric pot filled with pre-amended medium, she is experiencing a little stress evident by her having a slight droop to her. This will pass within a couple of days once her roots start establishing themselves. She also experienced some slight yellowing of her shade leaves due to being root bound which also should fix itself in the fresh medium. I've also set the HLG 650R to 250w at the wall for now and will increase wattage as she gets stronger. The timer for the lights is set to a 18/6 schedule for now as I'll more than likely let her veg for 60+/- days before I flip to a 12/12 light schedule. She was watered today from the bottom, a.k.a. 'Butt Chuggin', with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.2 @ 74℉ 😁 7/28- Her droopiness continues from being rootbound and transplanted (I expected her to be stressed) but I expect her to begin to improve daily now. I'm watering her from the bottom, pouring her water into her drip tray under her 10g pot, allowing her to draw the water up into the medium. I like this method for a couple of reasons... First, it keeps shit simple and second, it keeps the top 1/2" of medium dry which just about eliminates any worries of Fungus Gnats (I can't stand those little bastardo's). She recieved 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with 5ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ added then ph'd to 6.2 @ 74℉ which I then poured into her drip pan. Within 5 minutes the 0.5 was all absorbed...perfect! 7/30- The Peyote Zkittlez from Seedsman Seeds is on the comeback! She's got much better color, has better vigor and is looking like she's supposed to! She's getting watered every other day now with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. I'm alternating the way I water, between pouring it into her drip pan and letting her draw it up into her pot, and from the top with the goal being to keep her medium moist but not wet. This will provide the ideal environment for all the beneficial mycorrhiza and bacteria which are feeding her! 8/1- Well Week Five is in the rear view mirror and my girl is just about back to looking normal, having recovered from the stress caused by being rootbound and transplanted. Her color is becoming greener daily, her growth has picked up and she's getting thirstier...a great sign! Today I top dressed her with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 slow release organic dry amendments and 1 cup of worm castings which I watered in with Compost Tea that I started brewing 72hrs. ago. The tea should help to give her an additional kick in the pants and really help her to complete her recovery! ~Thanks for stopping in!
