Plants have been recovering from being topped. I think i went too hard on them and removed too much at once. AB2 is slowly coming back but definitely stunted it a bit. AB1 seems mostly ok from it, but still added some time to it. I think something may have taken a bite out of AB2 as well :( I was hardening off a plant for a friend, and i brought a plant that was outside back into my tent. bad idea. I sprayed them all down a bit 1/10 rubbing alcohol to water then let them air dry a bit. Who knows if that's actually the case. I topped the gorilla zkittles once along with the other plants on day 27 i think, but i have also been doing some LST on it to pull it a little more horizontal. I really like how it turned out. the lower growths really caught up and its pretty flat on top. I let AB3 go for a while, but it was getting to the point where the top growth points were way outpacing the lower ones, so i ended up doing some lst. I am not sure how this one liked it, but it seems like i have a little more light on the lower parts. They all seemed a little stressed at the beginning of the week. I am guessing because of the heat. It was really hot still during the beginning of the week, but cooled down towards the middle/end of the week which has really helped keep temperatures down in the tent. I also added a big oscillating tower fan on the side, so that may also have help remedy it a bit. I am repotting them this week from a 2gal fabric pot to a 5gal or 3gal. I did one 5gal pot and didn't realize how big they are so i may end up doing one or two in a 3gal pot just to make them less cumbersome. When i repotted the one to the 5 gal, it seemed fairly compact. I am not sure if i let them go too long in the 2gal pot, so maybe that is stressing them as well for the bigger two.

One of my plants has a lot of growth tips that haven't developed into full size leaves. Any idea what might be causing this? Stress from being topped? Light/heat stress? Some parts of this plant has full growth, while other parts have these tiny, spindly growths.

Looks relatively okay, seems like nothing to worry about. However, note that thin, blade-like new growth is a symptom of phosphorus excess- that may not be the issue present, but keep that in mind.

@HerbalEdu, sorry I didn’t notice this chat was on Bungus’s page. This message system is helli confusing. It doesn’t seem like this site plays well on a cell phone browser either. 🤷‍♂️🏼 I don’t think I’m the only one that finds this confusing.

@Papa_T, Hey 😉, no it was at first for your answer at BungusB growquestion, i have added complement here because he has already selected resolved to it's growquestion and i couldn't add a comment there But i also checked your diary and may be you could have waited a week or two more before removing your plant, that's exactly what happened to my gorilla cbd , most of them at first produced males preflower the first few day of flowering (mostly bottom of stem and canopy) and quickly afterward produced actively female calyx on all apex, i got 5 seeds in the end for 8 plants but i removed a large amount of male flower ( 40 to 50) week 5 6 7 (even got one males flower that got mature enough to drop some pollen on a stem wich i didn't even take care to remove with a watered paper towel) afterward no more males flowers showed. That was the first time i had that much males preflowers for a grow session, but as i said it's not rare i have a few phenotype per batch that produce a few male flowers. Like this week with my last batch of Galaxy CBD i have 1 phenotype out of 8 where i removed like 10 males preflowers. Happy growing 😃 cheers.

@BungusB, Hey I gave you an answer based on my knowledge and what I would do for my garden. I personally only want females in my garden and anything to else that can derail that gets the boot. @HerbalEdu makes some good points and expands on what the possibilities are. I have no intentions of giving anyone false information.

Nice HSC buds. America ftw again. The whole slow drying is a myth and antithetical to what we want and what commercial pros do. You want a fast even dry in cool temps. Then when u can snap a twig easily u can use silicone brush trim it easily, then use RH 62 pack or even RH meter and water on lid if needed after few days jar and no more burping. Oxygen kills the bid, less air contact and more rh at 62 and settle at 58 once cured to preserve it. done. I also thought oh fast dry is bad no thats bs, heated is bad. cool dry no wind but some exchange in summer i may have to use fridge but last time i used fridge i lost little taste compared with humidifier like a idiot in warm temps lol
