Between 2-3wks. start adding your nutes to your baby, start at about half strength as potting soils usually come preloaded with time released ferts in the mix. Also invest in some CalMag, a necessity when growing with LEDs. The bloom nutrient isn't necessary during vegetative growth; However, when you flip to 12/12 lighting and pistils begin showing start to slowly add bloom nutes as you slightly decrease your veg. nutes....should be on straight bloom by the 2-3rd week of flower. I've not had any issues following this myself.
