SOG - Blue monkey/Apex Seeds

ArteOkulto Once the seeds were germinated, we proceeded to prepare the coconut substrate by adding mycorrhizae in granular form to be mixed with it. After preparing the substrate, we weighed 110g of substrate for each 0.5-liter pot, to which we added a bit of premium powdered mycorrhizae to stimulate the initial development of each seed. With the seeds planted in their first pots, they were placed in the grow tent, which was equipped with 2 fans at the back, a VK 100mm extractor, and a humidifier with an 8-liter capacity. The latter two were connected to the Growpal Plus controller, where we set parameters of 80% humidity and 27° temperature. The control of this equipment is total regarding temperature since once the indicated temperature is reached, it activates the extraction immediately. As for humidity, it was found that the indicated parameters exceed by 10 to 15% since the extraction only works when the temperature exceeds the indicated margin, generating moisture condensation in the space until the temperature indicates the extraction operation. Therefore, the indicated humidity parameter was modified, reducing it to 65% to balance this increase without exceeding what is necessary for this stage. This cultivation will also be carried out using the SOG method in 7-liter fabric pots, which may be more than necessary for the type of cultivation that will be done. Therefore, we will work with their capacity at 75% for each pot, considering that the watering will be automatic via drip with the help of the Growpal Plus controller, which also includes 2 sensors to monitor the substrate's moisture. The watering will be recirculated to make the most of water and fertilizer resources, and daily checks will be conducted for pH and EC parameters.
