Red Girls Girls Girls

Decided to do this diary because I really like how the girls are growing very nice. I'm already pretty far along but I will get caught up asap

I actually popped these seeds on 6/21... still have alot of catching up to do my words might be off a day or two but the dates on the pictures are correct to the day they were taken. Please know I'm not trying to deceive anyone just like these plants and wanted to share last minute.

Topped them during the week and I did an actual FIM (Fu🤬 I Missed) but ended up with three tops on rgg1 (right) oops 😬 was going for the normal topping with two tops.... just growing along

They jumped in to flowering all of a sudden it actually surprised me how fast the flowers developed, this is why I wanted to do this diary... I'm not too familiar with autos so they might not have surprised someone else that grows alot of autos.

Well here we are all caught up, if you are just looking at this week these two Red Gorilla Girl were dropped in water on 6/21 and I wasn't planning on doing a diary but they've been growing along so nicely I decided to do one. I did all the weeks today and probably missed or messed up some information but I wanted to share the girls with you all. They are really starting to stack on some fatt, not to much to add this week. I have the sf2000 cranked all the way up and sitting at about 16" which is where I think is this lights sweet spot any lower you start losing light intensity out to the sides. I grow in a all organic living soil and use dry organic amendments put together by the folks up in Oregon at The Green Sunshine Co it's called Earth Dust it's two bags with a premix you simply add to your own soil I use my used soil time and time again just keep amending it before each round it's some good stuff. I've been having to defoliate a bit more than I would normally on autos to help with the rh but seem to be taking it very well Thanks again Cyrus

Hello everyone, the Red girls are just growing right along I started to decrease the light for them by lifting it up a few clicks and did a little more defoliation on them mainly cleaned up the bottoms of any leftover larf and most of the largest fan leaves. I'm hoping this will trigger their defense response, get that final push of growth and sweeten up the terpenes. I love this hobby 😁 Thanks for stopping by please click on the like 👇 button Cyrus

Well they had a good week Amber still hasn't shown up in the trichomes. I stripped them both down of all the fan leaves earlier in the week. I'm thinking they'll be ready to harvest next week but wouldn't be the first time I was wrong lol.... I'm keeping the nutrients marked to satisfy the little green bar up there but I top dressed them around week 4 and only feed my autos once during the grow. I'm sure glad I waited a little longer, I almost cut the red girls down Wednesday but I saw some of the leaves trying to turn red so I decided to wait n see. Today I went in to find some new white hairs and some added fat and I like some fat. Around my house we like an up high so I normally cut once I see about 10% amber trichomes and they are right there but a few more days ain't going to hurt the high I'm sure. I can't praise Sweet Seeds enough for this strain it was simply a pleasure to grow these red gorilla girls. Other than topping them and just the slightest amount of manipulation of a few branches it grew on it's own. Of course I have to thank The Green Sunshine Co for the Earth Dust organic amendments I use to grow these and all the plants I'm growing now.
