Not sure what you are feeding your plant, but a simple application or two of a soluble trace element mix, available from any garden centre, usually solves the problems your plant is showing, most probably an iron deficiency. Even if it isn't, the trace elements won't hurt and will benefit your plant and it will eliminate one possible cause, quite quickly, within 10 days or so. If the leaves get their green colour back and they look "repaired" then yes, it was a trace element deficiency.
Now that your plant is flowering, a P/K booster may also help and it won't hurt your plant either.
