This week so far has been LST by moving the moving the pins outward each day and I also tied down the top of Bruce Banner today. Both plants are starting to put on their first pistols already but to be expected being autos. I gotta say despite what these girls have endured so far they seem happy IMO but I’m no expert. Props to FastBuds for these babies and good genetics. Also on a side note while messing with the BB I got smacked with a whiff of something super sour I’m stoked to try this one.

Grow Questions

I’m a little bummed out because I thought these genetics would really stretch. Is it something I’m doing early on to keep them short like to much light early on or being to aggressive with my LST. Should I let the plant do its own thing

The problem is the recovery time from low-stress training. Even if the plant looks recovered, it is not until there is a full canopy and another defoliation is needed. Overall your plants should do fine. I would recommend feeding wood ash once to help with the growth spurt (few tablespoons in water per plant).

As I suspected by the end of the day the strawberry banana has also sprouted. Fastbuds has been a pleasure to grow so far.
