So this week the clay dirt came back to bite me in the ass. My ph was off and I was showing signs of a phosphorus deficiency. I made the choice to transplant her into good airrated soil. 50% soil 50% perlite. I upped her nutes to the full reccommend dose at 4ml/liter of water. She has done surprisingly well. Just a small amount of drooping but not that noticeable

I stopped the LST so she can have time to heal and reestablish her roots. I'm hoping to start the LST again by next week. She hasn't grown much this week but that's to be expected after transplanting. I also added a worm casting tea my brother made me by using worm casting, distilled water, and corn syrup. He used an aerator and brewed it for 24 hours. Checkout his diary. Bubblegum Kush/Biffking

Finally starting to see pistols. I've been waiting what seems like forever. Being my first grow I'm assuming preflowering has begun? My brother keeps telling me to bring it in and start the 12/12 cause unfortunately I don't think I can leave it out cause I didn't start the germination and sitting it outside until the first week of June so I'm thinking by the time the light cycle changes the temps will be to cold

Good week so far. Pruned her again and took off damaged leafs due to inch worms from hell. I treated her with Monterey Organic Spinosad garden spray. Bugs seem to be gone after 1 treatment but I'll probably treat another 1 or 2 times just to be on the safe side.

Well I didn't think I would be able to finish my plant outside cause I was 3 to 4 weeks late on putting her out but I come home from work yesterday and my baby is starting to bud. I'm so excited.

Can you treat for thripes 2 weeks into flowering? I've treated once already with Monterey Organic garden spray with spinosad but I'm not sure if 1 treatment is enough. I also have Diatomaceous Earth but I haven't used it yet. Would I only spray the leaves or the entire plant?

Hi try searching Google for amblyseius cucumeris, organic beneficial predators that eat thrip by the shit tonne, some stores do them in handy sachet size, also hypoaspis miles for the eggs larvee etc (these also do fungus gnat larvee) a couple of lady birds, no spraying plants, hope this helps

Flowering is looking great and sticky. I treated systemically for thripes. I'm not showing an infestation by any means but I wanted to be proactive about it since I was only able to treat once before flowering. Everything I've used is organics except for my 3 part nutes but I plan on flushing 2 weeks before harvest and seriously considering bud washing after harvest so I can achieve optimal taste. Definitely a bumpy journey for my first grow but I'm pleasantly pleased with how well she has come along. We've overcome thripes, inch worms, nute deficiency, transplanting after being in clay soil, and the all around harsh elements of growing outdoors. This strain is most definitely a warrior and can handle abuse

This strain was really resilient. I wish I could have grown her to her full potential without confining her to a pot. I'm definitely going organic next season. Chemical based nutrients ain't worth the problems they cause in my opinion
