Flowering is looking great and sticky. I treated systemically for thripes. I'm not showing an infestation by any means but I wanted to be proactive about it since I was only able to treat once before flowering. Everything I've used is organics except for my 3 part nutes but I plan on flushing 2 weeks before harvest and seriously considering bud washing after harvest so I can achieve optimal taste. Definitely a bumpy journey for my first grow but I'm pleasantly pleased with how well she has come along. We've overcome thripes, inch worms, nute deficiency, transplanting after being in clay soil, and the all around harsh elements of growing outdoors. This strain is most definitely a warrior and can handle abuse
Can you treat for thripes 2 weeks into flowering? I've treated once already with Monterey Organic garden spray with spinosad but I'm not sure if 1 treatment is enough. I also have Diatomaceous Earth but I haven't used it yet. Would I only spray the leaves or the entire plant?
Hi try searching Google for amblyseius cucumeris, organic beneficial predators that eat thrip by the shit tonne, some stores do them in handy sachet size, also hypoaspis miles for the eggs larvee etc (these also do fungus gnat larvee) a couple of lady birds, no spraying plants, hope this helps
