Ethos Apex Bag Seed

Funkytwobucks This week I started seeing some brown spots and the new growth seems a little different than before so I added some Cal-Mag Pro to see if that helps any. Overall I've only given notes twice at very small amounts because the plant looks to be growing fine. I figure for my first grow I'm better off using too little nutes as opposed to using too much. I made a rookie mistake and am using Miracle - Grow Performance Organics Potting Soil. I'm hoping I've used up most of the nutrients that were in the soil so I have a little better control during flowering. I flipped the lights to 12-12 two days ago.

Funkytwobucks I started LST this week with a lattice and she seems to be taking it well. It's a confirmed FEMALE !!! I barely give any nutrients this week, especially considering she's in Miracle Grow. I've been told I could have trouble in flower because the soil will have so many nutrients left in it. Pre-flower going great though Cut 7 large fan leaves off to get better air through the plant because I had a little PWM and thrips. I sprayed with Neem oil 3 days in a row and it seems to have done the trick.

Funkytwobucks Been a Crazy week. I haven't seen any fungus gnats or FPM this week at all but I did find a thrip on one of my leaves. Since she's so early in flower I used some Captain Jack's Dead Bug on her. Yeah She's been through a lot but looks great and growing like crazy. Finally in full budding!

Funkytwobucks I defoliated and removed 30 or so leaves this week to make sure the flowers get plenty of airflow. I've not given any nutrients this week since it's in miracle grow and I worry about nitrogen toxicity. I upped the light to 100% power and the plant is liking it and rewarding me with faster growth. Hoping to just be 6 or 7 weeks from harvest.

Funkytwobucks More of the leaves are getting yellow as budding goes on so I remove before they outright die. no insects seen this week so I think I have them under control. Flowers are starting to stack nicely and I think I'm gonna' make it over the finish line with this one even though it's in Miracle Grow

Funkytwobucks This week a lot of pistils turned brown so she's on her way. The fan leaves have been turning yellow over the past couple of weeks so I cut them as I go and there really aren't a lot of older leaves left. The flowers are starting to fatten up and group together so that's a good thing. Trichomes seem to be 90% clear so maybe another 3 weeks? I'll stop giving nutrients next weekend but I usually only give once or twice a week at less than full strength anyway.
