That kind of stuff is more about what a light can actually 'put out'...if you can, download the phone app Photone, from there you'll need to buy (but really cheap at 6.99$) the profile for the type of light you're working with. That will tell you the PPFD and DLI readings you're getting at the level of the top of the plants. Seedlings want something like 200-300PPFD (MuMols) and once you get them a bit bigger you're looking at 300-600 in veg and then 500-1000 for flower. Raise or lower your lights to achieve these readings.

With the extra light at 5 cm I get to a staggering amount of light. Parts are at 800 ppfd.
Far too much light . After some research I could I found that the bleached tips were due to light stress.
The TS600 is surely a strong light.
Moved it up to 50-55 cm.
She is showing signs of overwatering .
I have a bit of an issue with yellowing tips of new leaves. Some of the youngest leaves are twisted and the fan leaves start canoeing. I flushed her yesterday and last week, but before that I upped the nute dose and gave a huge fead. Is is a beginning nute burn?
Ola amigo tudo bem? Isso esta a queimar nutrientes. Mas nada assim muito preocupante pois parece que esta no inicio.
Deves fazer um flush nas plantas que estão assim e depois quando fores regar uma boa dose com ph bem regulado.
Podes não regar com nutrientes sempre, podes alternar isso apenas com agua.

Day 35 - Added 45 w blurple from the sides.

Day 47 - Added 2 ml of nk 46 to 1.5l ph 5.5 and she loves it. Leaves are so pointing up.

The zamnesia monster bud mix is more than enough for the whole cycle. Adding just trace amounts of npk stresses her.
Watering with contrex is highly recommended. Afterwards she always strechtches out and starts praying.
(Drinking contrex myself feels like I'm drinking from the fountain of youth. High cal and mag.. just what she needs.
Also, the TS600 is a powerful light. I keep underestimating it. Anything closer than 45 cm results in twisted tips of upper foliage. Unfortunately my grow space isn't high enough.

At 112 cm she is plastered in trichomes

The pistilz are 75 darkend and the trichomes are starting to sparkle less.
