Runtz Clones

buddhi_coop This week was a breeze, just been letting them soak in the cloning tray. Roots are popping out everywhere on most & about to on the rest. A lot of the information I entered above was a guess-my friends the one taking care of them for me until I’m ready to transplant.

buddhi_coop I transplanted my clones into too small of a pot but it’s all I had at the time. I also went ahead and topped them. I added cover crop, craft blend & mulch on top of the build a soil light recipe & then watered with the nutrients.

buddhi_coop This week was tricky. A lot of stress for both me & the plants. They were droopy & not drinking water. I had them in too small of containers so I transplanted them thinking that was the problem. They’re in 5 gallon grass root pots now. I topped them with craft blend & diatomaceous earth, rice hills as well. They’re in Build A Soil 3.0 now. I just fed them compost tea too. They seem to be doing better besides the short one in the back left.

buddhi_coop This week I just let them do their thing. They seem to be bouncing back after the transplant I did last week. My OCD is getting to me though with the uneven canopy. They seem to be happier tho so I’m happy.

buddhi_coop This week I just watched them grow. I watered a couple times using the nutrients mentioned & today I watered with just 6.3 ph water that I filtered. These girls are bushing up & I’m not mad about it. I haven’t done much defoliation just the topping I did a couple weeks ago. I’ll Start doing that probably after I flip to flower & add my trellis net.

buddhi_coop This week I watered with just water, molasses & Epsom salts. I chose to add Epsom salts because I thought I was noticing a magnesium deficiency but it turns out it could be light burn. I chose to flip to flower today because they’ve been vegging for 8 weeks now. Im going to do a compost tea for my next feed. As for right now, I’m just sitting back watching them grow like I do every week. Not a lot of training this week just removed a couple leaves that were weak or blocking parts of the plants that should be receiving light. I love these girls though, they’ve been super chill & fun to grow. Im looking forward to seeing how they look once they start to bloom.

buddhi_coop Day 7 of flowering & so far we’re off to a good start. They’ve grown 5” since last week so that’s almost an 1” a day. So far I’m still watering every other day with 1/2 gallon of water each-6.3 ph & that seems to be fine. I might have to start watering everyday here pretty soon though or I’ll have to increase the amount of water I give them each time I water. I’m having fun, I hope they are too.

buddhi_coop This week I put up my scrog net. They’ve been stretching like crazy, it’s wild. I put lady bugs in the tent a couple days ago. So far, everything is going great.

buddhi_coop Day 21 of flower & things are looking good. This weeks been filled with just watering and defoliating. I trimmed off most of the bottom leaves that weren’t getting any light/wasting nutrients. I didn’t do much though because they’re so pretty & I don’t want to take away from their natural beauty. I love these girls. They’ve been super chill & easy to work with. I’m looking forward to seeing how much they grow this next week.

buddhi_coop This weeks been fascinating. I’ve just been watching these girls stack up more and more everyday. I’m excited for this week because that’s usually the week when they really start to stack..or so I’ve heard. It’s been getting a little chilly at night so I gotta figure out what to do about that. I’d hate to bring a heater into the mix but if I have to I will. They’ve also been showing signs of something. I’m not sure what’s going on with the leaves but it’s can’t be good. I’m not seeing it as a big deal right now because everything else seems to be fine, just an observation.

buddhi_coop This week I defoliated a lot of foliage including the leaves on my top colas. The more light the better is what I’m thinking. I discovered thrips on one of my plants (Runtz clone) so I laid down some diatomaceous earth & yellow sticky traps. Besides that, it’s been a good week full of stacks & layers.

buddhi_coop This week they’ve been filling up. I’m noticing a little more crystallization but not that much. Not sure what’s going on there but they look beautiful.

buddhi_coop This week I started flushing. They’ve been smelling more and more herb by the day. Not as many terpenes as I would like but they look so pretty.

buddhi_coop This weeks been chill. I’ve just been flushing & watching these trichomes go from transparent to milky. I decided to go an extra week to make sure all the buds were complete then I’ll harvest this coming Saturday.

buddhi_coop This plant wasn’t the easiest to grow but it came out nice. Good size nugs with an earthy smell & taste. I wet trim one plant & dry trimmed the other.
