This is my second grow ever, and as I've currently got my first grow (Sweet Seeds Ice Cool CBD, photoperiod) in flower in my tent I thought I would experiment with a bit of a mixed grow this time. The idea is to let the seed live on a sunny windowsill (inside) during the day, and join my other plant in the tent during the night for the twelve hours that its lights are on. Around week 3-4 when the plant is ready and the outside temperatures have finished warming up, the plant will be moved into a small green house in the sun to finish its grow.
I think I might have given it a tad too much water on day 5, and then winter decided to come back for the week which slowed growth to a crawl! The leaf tips have also turned brown (whoops) but it isn't dead so that's good!
Update - The sun's back out and with a very low feed of nutes we are off again!
Still a lot of growing to do, but for a windowsill grow I think it's done pretty well.
Day 28 and Pre-flowers are starting to show. Man what a difference growing an auto vs photo is!
Day 29, the first day of flowering and the first day that she has officially moved into a new home. From here on it'll be growing in a small greenhouse along side a mint and salvia plant that will hopefully help keep some pests away.
Outside night temperatures are still a little on the low side but we will see what happens.
Hey! Happy growing my friend! I hope you do well and get some good results! I will come by sometime to see your progress! Keep on growing!
If you ever visit my page please say hello!
Peace & love L.S.T 🌟❤️🔥
It looks like you’re having the same issues I have which is late flowering and a delayed harvest. Which honestly I’m not sweating. These are the flowers seem to have a schedule of their own each one onto itself. But they seem to all the sudden with no warning bang they’re doubling her weight every day. It’s going to happen real soon there buddy give it another week or two and then it’s going to start adding a lot of weight. I’m new to this also but I would say the most important thing is patience. You can’t do anything but sit back and enjoy the process in the plant will let you know when it’s ready
