You could put this outside , seems the light you're having now it's not enough to get bigger/fatter buds , but in same time I would be careful , different conditions might affect the plant , but I'm thinking nothing worse can happen . If outside is sunny and receiving more light - do it You have other diaries with outdoor grow - already flowering stage , so no worries about light schedule
