1st Grow Ever (70% Coco, 30% Perlite)

Week 5 flower / Day 35 begins 2/11/2021. A rather large defoliation had to happen last week ( 27/10/21 ) or midway through week 4 as the lower buds were being starved of light and I was beginning to get worried about WPM with all the leaves touching. Within a couple days all the buds began to fatten up even the lowers so hopefully it has done the plants the world of good. EC was rising up to 1.9 despite 1.4 inflow, so I have had to increase feeds to 3 x per day as they were drying out too much, 1.5L per plant per feed to achieve 20% runoff. EC is now an average of 1.5-1.6. I am still supplying less than half of what mills suggest for the week as when I try to give more the plants begin to burn so I am purely going off EC and when the plants show their hungry I will provide more base nutes. Still adding full strength C4 as per the chart. MOP 1 & 2 are giving off a strong sweet / candy smell and the smell of the whole tent has definitely ramped up in this past week. Slurricane 1 I don’t think will come to much as it is miles behind the others, even Slurricane 2 but I’ll just see what happens come harvest day. Slurricane 2 is packing on buds and even the leaves are covered in frost so can’t wait to see what Slurricane 2 will be like on chop day. 🙏🏻🤞
