Mimosa Scrog (symbiotic genetics)

Cutting arrived in soil so going to transplant into coco once big enough. Topped the plant planning ahead for the scrog. Feeding plain water with just some root stimulator as soil was rich in nutrients

Within days of potting up into a 5L pot roots are showing already. I will give it another week or two and then pot up again to a 10L.

Potted up to a 10L pot, also took cuts for another chamber for a Wilma hydro system. When I normally scrog I try and set up the plant to have 8 main heads which will then be spread in opposite directions. Going pretty well so far.

Establishing nicely in the 10L pot considering its only under a 125w cfl. Nice intermodal gaps and already pretty smelly in veg. Can’t wait to scrog this across a net and see how this goes with a whole 600w light to itself

Plant has been a little neglected on the light side of things as it’s pushed against the back of the tent but still growing nicely. One more week and it goes from a 10 to a 20L pot and a 1m2 tent with the Mars fc4800.

Unfortunately humidity has been very high the last week but little I can do. Going into its forever home chamber this week and probably a 30 ish litre pot. Considering it’s still pushed to the side under a 125w cfl it’s doing great

Potted up to a 20L and giving it a few days to settle in before fitting the scrog net and spreading it out

Applied the scrog net, two layers so far so top layer mainly for repositioning and support. Trying to fill 1.5m2 (5x5) is a big task but seems to be going well so far. Had some slight magnesium deficiency but correcting it over the next few feeds.

Had problems with magnesium but added a strong dose of cal mag and upped the EC so hopefully this will fix the issue. Plant is absolutely massive and is getting close to the target of filling a 5ft x 5ft (1.5sq) area

Stripped up the bottoms and and will flip to 12/12 tomorrow. Monster plant which has filled almost a 5x5 area and has been a real pain to keep healthy

Plant is a beast, 7 days in to flower and it will definitely fill the target space of 1.5m2 (5ft sq). Not been easy to keep this looking 100% perfect due to the fact it drinks so fast so the EC can get a bit high and tip burn on the dry backs if I am not careful. Dropped EC to cater for this and decreased time in between feeds and really excited to watch how this one pans out.

Light still on 500w and stretch is in full flow, not put on as much height as the other side of the tent in the Wilmas but obviously due to such a large plant (5ft square in a 20L pot) in a single pot. Day 21 I will defoliate and maybe trim away a few smaller bud sites

Light on the full 630w and giving them a couple of days to recover from the defoliation which was done on day 21. After that I am going to lower the light to 17 inch above canopy level and it’s plain sailing from then on.

So far so good, drinking almost 10 litres every days which is insane. As my Wilma grow diary the humidity is a touch high as I shared the same tent.

Buds stacking nicely, looks a few days behind the same cut in the hydro system sharing the other side of the tent

Still fattening up. Really impressed for only a 20L pot and a plant covering almost 5ft x 5ft

Flushing nicely, leaves turning yellow and purple. 7 days from now it will be hung and dried

Fantastic result for a small plant in a 20L pot. Very nice citrus/orange terps with great bud density and colour
