Off to a good start. I mixed and soaked the soil and let i sit for a couple days. I planted directly in the soil and it sprouted 3.5 days later.
Lights veg only at 50%, 50cm away
Day temp 19C
Humidity 60%
I only watered once with mycorrhiza. I hope that between the myco I added to the soil and what I add with water it will have an effect.
It looked a little stretchy to me after 4-5 days, so I slowly increased the light intensity up to 100% (veg only) and I added a little extra soil around the base to support the stem. I let the plant grow up to the light so now the distance is 45cm.
Now, we can see the second set of true leaves starting to form.
I started the week topdressing with worm castings and watering 2 liters of water with 1/4 strength dose of Acti-vera.
I added clay pebbles as mulch to help reintain moisture.
At the end of the week I topped her from the 5th node down to the 4th. I want to control the height. My tent is only 160cm tall and according to fastbuds this strain can get tall.
1 day after topping and new growth can be seen already. The temperature shot up to 28C and the humidity dropped to 30% for a day and then things went back to 24C/50%.
9/24 I watered (2 liters) for the first time in almost a week, this time adding in Biobizz Activera at 1/2 strength and Bio Grow at 1/4 strength.
9/28 Growth is really taking off now! The leaves are a dark green color and it looks like some are clawing slightly, which makes me think there might be a nitrogen excess.
9/29 During lights out I did a foliar spray of potassium soap and neem oil as a preventative measure against pests. I watered with 2 liters of water and 1g of trichoderma (trishock).
I'm going on vacation for a week at the end of this week and hope find my girl in good condition when I get back. I raised the light from 45cm to 50cm from the plant to give it room to grow while I'm away and raised the fan higher to blow less air over the soil and not dry it out. I watered double the amount that I had previously before leaving. The foliar spray and diatomaceous earth on the soil is to hopefully slow any potential pests. Fingers crossed!
1/10 I saw there was a lot of new growth so I decided to do some rushed LST before I left for vacation. I watered with activera only. I didn't add bio grow because I saw some clawing in the leaves.
Be back in 8 days...
After coming back I saw that she grew a lot and started flowering while I was away.
I came back from an 8 day vacation and she is looking beautiful. She started flowering while I was away. She grew taller and new branches and bud sites have formed. The trunk is looking thick.
She was very slightly droopy, I imagine from not having been watered. The leaf tips at the top of the plant have yellow tips. The top of the plant was 40cm from the light and the manufacturer recomendation is 45cm, so maybe it is from light burn.
I watered her with 2 liters of water and added biobizz nutrients at 1/4 strength of the dosage on their nutrient schedule.
I did some LST on the highest tops. She is filling up the 60x60cm tent nicely.
I turned the bloom light on at 25%. The veg light is still on at 100%.
I tinkered the rest of the week. I added a second fan below the canopy. I readjusted the lst a few times, I cut off some timy bud growth at the bottom of the plant and the 2 first leaves that yellowed. I slowly turned up the bloom light intensity a little and raised the light as the plant grew.
The 2nd time I watered I didn't add bio grow. There are still many leaves with a slight claw. I think the worm castings are providing enough nitrogen
- So far, so good. She continues to stretch and I continue to tie her down to control her height in my tent. She is drinking water more quickly and now I water her 2 liters of water 3 times a week.
- At the end of the week, I have not tied her down anymore for several days. Her stretch seems close to done. I am pretty happy with how the canopy looks.
- There are a few burnt tips on the new growth at the top. I think it is slight light burn. I have gone pretty light on the nutrients, so I don't think it's nutrient burn. The bloom light is at 50% and the veg light is at 100%... Maybe I should switch that around? Ok, now the bloom light is at 100% and the veg light is at 50%.
- The leaves are not uniformly dark green like before, some are a bit lighter. 3 leaves at the very bottom of the plant yellowed and I snipped them off. I think that the nitrogen excess is over. None of the new leaves have any clawing.
She continues to drink water faster than before. The weather is also getting a bit hotter now.
There are some leaves that are slightly lighter in color and a few yellow leaf tips. There are also many red stems, only on the top side of the stems. So, I think the light might be little strong. I have it at bloom 100% and veg 50% now at 45-50cm. I won't make it any stronger and will try to keep the light at 50cm from the top.
The buds have started thickening and clear trichomes are visible. The smell is definitely starting to get stronger, it is sweet and delicious. A few leaves on the bottom and in the interior of the plant yellowed and I cut them off.
The weather continues to get hotter here. I have the lights off during the afternoon to try to avoid the hottest daytime temps. This is why the night time temp is so high.
30/10 - She's looking gorgeous! The buds are starting to get thicker and the sweet smell is stronger.
The temps are high and the humidity is low. I don't have AC in my house, so there's not much i can do to cool her down.
She's drinking more water. I upped the amount to 1.5 liters and am watering every 2 days. There is only a small amount of runoff and it is quickly absorbed back into the pot.
A few more bottom leaves yellowed and I cut them off.
The light is now on 100% veg and bloom.
Still looking beautiful! Her leaves are starting to fade a little. Some of the pistils are curling and darkening. The trichomes are developed, but still clear. The smell is a bit stronger than before.
I am watering her 2-3 liters of water every other day.
End of the week trich update: Mostly clear with some cloudy and I saw one amber. 2 more weeks? 😉
And the waiting game begins...
The buds are fattening up. She's still throwing out new white pistils. Trichomes are still mostly clear now early in the week.
She seems to be drinking water more slowly now. More fan leaves are yellowing. The smell isn't too strong.
This week I tried taking photos with the light off and using flash. What do you think?
The leaves are all slowly fading and falling off. The pistils are more than 50% dark. The trichomes are about half clear and half cloudy with a smattering of amber. I'm going to wait a little longer for most of the thrichs to be cloudy. Hopefully there won't be too many ambers. I'm not a huge couch lock fan. This will likely be the last week before harvest! I started giving them water only, only because I felt lazy and didn't want to mix nutrients anymore.
24/11 Update: The trichomes are now 80% cloudy / 20% clear with a few ambers here and there. The buds are still throwing a few new white pistils and I think they are fattening up. The smell is very sweet and fruity, but not overpowering. I'm going to keep waiting and checking in on her for more cloudy trichomes.
27/11 Update: Chopped and hung the whole plant to dry in my tent. 86 days from sprout.
The smell is strong! It surprised me, because during the grow and during the dry the smell wasn't too strong, but now that it's in jars it got stronger. My whole house reeks when I burp the jars.
The smell/taste is a bit difficult to describe. It smells fruity and a bit sweet, but also creamy. The taste is creamy on the inhale and leaves a sour aftertaste once you exhale (vaping).
Dry trimming wasn't too bad. I left a lot of the trichome covered sugar leaves on the buds to vape.
The effect is happy and relaxed. It's not a couch lock strain, but not really energetic. It works for day/night.
Update: After a week and a half of curing the smell has changed. It is still sweet, but with a strong delicious berry smell.
The weight is not accurate. I don't have a scale. I think that the harvest is at least 4 oz, so I put that weight as an estimate. The real weight is probably higher.
Update: 3 months later I am in love with this strain. The smell and taste are even nicer than before. The high is so pleasant and enjoyable any time of day. I might have to change my score to a 10...
I chopped the plant and hung it whole to dry. My drying conditions weren't ideal. Temps ranged from 18-30C and humidity was mostly 35-45%. Still it took 10 days to dry and I'm happy with the final result.
I apologize for not being able to give a dry weight, but I don't have scales. You can see the whole harvest in the photos in jars. The smalles jar is 1 liter and the big jars are 2 liters. Maybe someone could take a guess at how much it weighs... The buds are decently dense.

I see you added the pebbles the fourth week. What is your strategy/thinking behind that? I have pebbles and haven't used them and might if they help. Thank you!
@PositiveVibes, thanks for taking the time to share. That makes a lot of sense. I think since I started top dressing, I didn't think through the water/moisture retention qualities of the pebbles. I got stuck thinking on how messy it could get or even attract mold. Thanks, again, for sharing!
@Growin_it, I added the pebbles as a mulch to help keep the soil from drying out as quickly and it is supposed to regulate the temperature too. Any mulch would work. I used the pebbles, because I had them already. I added them in the 4th week, because I was getting ready to leave on vacation for a week and wanted to keep the soil moist. The pot was too full to add them at first too, I had to wait for the soil to sink a little.
Looks amazing! I'll be growing 5 of these in my next grow! Hope all 5 look like yours! Great work for real she looks tasty🤤🤤!! Best of luck and Happy Growing!😎🌱💚💪💪
