I do not know If I should remove branches/fan leaves at this stage.

Trimming the bottom third of your plant is also called "lollipopping" as it looks like a big cannabis lollipop at the end of trimming lol I would also do your trimming that you are going to do very slowly so it does not shock or stress the plant. Towards the end of veg, I would take about 5-10 leaves at a time, every couple of days. Let them recover for a few days after removing some of the leaves, then do it again. Let them recover, then do it again, until your satisfied. I usually do it about once a week at the end of veg, and once a week during flower. Only remove yellowing bottom leaves when they are completely yellow and crisping up. If they are yellowing it means the plant is using them for food, so leave them until they are finished with them, or let the plant do it. When the plant is done with the leave it will actually discard of it. If you pluck it while it is still green then the cannabis plant will just move on to another leaf.

Pelo que vejo nas fotos do teu diário, diria mais umas duas semanas e podes fazer a colheita.
Confirma se a maioria dos pistilos estão marrons. Mas daqui a duas semanas deve estar bom :)

I reckon the harvestation is very close now... I could use some advice please you lovely bunch of people: should I do it tomorrow? The weather is getting cold with daily tops 15C downs 2-3C.
I am not sure If first is it ready enough to harvest? Is the weather going to affect it? What is worst harvesting too late or too early?
Any advice helps please!

Get a 30-60x jewelers loupe or currency checker.. magnifying glass of some sort. Use color of trichoes to help. google for details. harvest window is a matter of opinion at some point. Do you want couchlock and fall asleep shortly after or to what extent do you want tht end of spectrum etc etc... (ratio of smokey vs amber trichomes, amber is a sign of the degradated thca molecule (=>cba? can google it if you want specifics) and it makes you sleepy)
The stigma haven't retracted yet and at least half are still white, so it looks like it still has some time left. It is torture near the end as it looks like bud, but isn't quite ripe. Using these visual cues with inspection of trichomes will give you best idea of when to harvest... after a couple, you'll feel more comfortable about it. Try a harvest with more amber and with less and decide which you like more over time...
Things will shrink quite a bit when drying - more so if you harvest too early.
so, unless you got a bug problem or a creeeping microbial issue, i'd sit back and let it finish up. nobody can give anything more than a best guess. couple weeks? maybe? I figure once it looks like buds (a bit further along) it's about 1-2weeks more of ripening.
