First Grow and It is Royal Gorilla Auto

Actually my plant stunt in week 1 and 2. Start week 3 all start growing well. This is due to grow balcony with roof so only 2-3 hours direct sunlight and depend on luck if the day is sunny. The temp also quite high in my area, highest 36celcius. I got cheap quantum board from online shop for 65W. Grow in balcony with QB hahahaha. This is my first grow and im still in learning phase. So, im trying to find the perfect environment for me with the lowest cost. During week 1 and 2 it stressed me out because of the slow growth. I think if you want to grow outdoor, need to choose the right strains for it. Btw, my gorilla glue got white spotted on the leaf. Is it mold or mildew? Can experienced grower help me out on this.
