@organoman that one started as a seedling that took 2 weeks to pop and was growing weird. I felt bad culling her so just let her be. I’m just a first time grower who is trying to learn.

Are you PH testing? your nutrients may be locked out because of the PH

Fungal/mould issues on top of growing plants in tiny cups with limited substrate leading to toxic conditions and nutrient salt build up. No plant deserves to be treated so meanly, it makes me quite sad to see cannabis being grown in such restrictive containers. Please be kind to your plants next grow!
