AungLay Tomorrow will be the end of week 3. I think she is growing well but the damage the stunt she gets make her to smaller than another week 3 plants.

I have issue with watering. Soil is not dry easily.I water 1liter to her at the night of 12.10.2021. And soil is still moist till today morning 18.10.2021 as u can seen in photo. Is just normal?
Growing medium is 60%soil, 30%coco and 10% perlite. Average RH is always around 64%
