Well, 1st baby seems pretty much affected, I think you can drop it and start again from a new seed with a fresh new soil. 2nd baby might be saved, but it looks like your soil (or your feedings/waterings) is WAY too hot for seedlings, such young babies don't need anything for the first weeks but roots stimulator. If you plan to save the 2nd one, you'll probably want to stop feeding and/or change your soil. Oh and your soil looks very wet, don't forget roots need to alternate between dry-cycle and wet-cycle, so watch carefully your water intakes in order to avoid over-watering.
