Saturated the entire 5 gallon container with 50 ppm N of a 15.5-0-0 Calcium Nitrate (1.2 g per gallon) the morning the seed coteleydons popped out I began giving it 75 ppm N of jack's Nutrients 18-8-23
5.5 grams per gallon Jacks Bloom Booster started today. Will call it day 1 of flower. Yellow spores all over the bottom of the pot where the mushroom was. Also some algae
Constant liquid feed @ 150 ppm N 10-30-20. Terrible week of weather; full overcast and rain the entire first week of flower. The bloom boost is not what you want to give a plant during those dark days cuz you can see all the stretching I've got but it is what it is, wanted the extra P & K in there. Switching to Calcium Nitrate 15-0-0 @ 100 ppm for a few days this week or at least a good flush to get some calcium in the rootzone and flush out any of those extra salts and then back to the normal 200 ppm N of Jacks 18-8-23 next week.
Nothing much going on this week, night temps dropped down to 50 day temps are about 73. Will definitely be bringing it into my grow tent very soon. Some weird red dots on some of the lower leaves, added a little shot of Calcium Nitrate into my fertilizer @ 1g per gallon. Stopped stretching hoping to see the buds start to chunk up
pH good, temps gettin too cold, bringing them inside at night now. buds not getting chunky, they are very long and skinny. Has a straight superglue/gas smell
coming inside, I was very sick and left them outlast night when it dropped to 45. added a little couple spoonfull of gaia green bloom cuz I see calcium issues Gaia green has 16% ca. Will be flushing with clear water this week and monitoring the ppm/ec. Hate not knowing when to start the flush
Plant Potdapperling Mushroom or Leucocoprinus birnbaumii in my media was really cool as the mushroom is symbiotic and not parasitic. I was gonna give up on Autos but that was from user error. I was letting my soilless media dry out too much and the salts would be left behind as the water drained and evaporated. Keeping the media wet and constantly adding low 150 ppm N of Jacks 18-8-23 flushes the old salts out while replacing new ones. I can't seem to overwater and it's really helping keeping my soilless media saturated and checking the TDS/EC of the runoff daily. The TDS climbed up to 2500 so I switched to a 50 ppm N Calcium Nitrate for a couple days. The run off is now at 800 ppm TDS and I am seeing some preflowers. Will start drenching with Jack's Professional Bloom Booster 10-30-20 at 200 ppm N to see if I can get her to flower. Fast Buds claims this will be ready in 65 days from sprout and I am on day 45. I will probably wait till day 65 and then switch to bloom booster, may just go with 150 ppm N of jacks 18-8-23
Dumb website won't let me update anymore. Keeps saying I can't duplicate a number. This is week 6 not week 8 and it won't let me change it. Won't be updating anymore if it's gonna be buggy like this.
This terrible site won't let me put the correct week of flowering. This is week 7 not 9... PPM is down to 1500. The Gaia Green 5 table spoon recommendation seems to be too much. I added some of my composted soil on top with the gaia green and burnt my plants a bit. Also septora leaf spot from the swamp humidity here. Nugs are covered in resin and the calyx make a beautiful star formation before the swell up. Hoping 3 more weeks but still pushing out long white hairs and pistils. Best homegrown bud I have smelled so far. No skunky musty smells, not much fruit terps, maybe some citrus/lemon. Has more of an earthy, woody pine smell that's hard to describe. Got some purpling and pink on the tops of the colas coming in. Fast Buds really nailed the description of this strain and everything checks out just as described by the breeder. Very Impressed with this company and can't wait to run the Runtz I got from them which is now sold out :) The sunlight in my pictures doesn't do it justice. If you have a suggestion on taking better bud shots leave a comment. The buds in the sunlight have an almost blue/green color and covered in white trichomes WOW!
Pumping it for of potassium (K) for 7 days and then flushing for two weeks before harvest. Fan leaves fading to yellow with pink/purp. Sugar leaves dark purple, calyx and tips purpling too. Pics not doing it justice, buds covered in trichomes
Got a lot of foxtailing, burned a lot of leaves because it outgrew my tent. Was about 7 inches from the light at full power, yikes.. turned down my light to 50%. Had jacks finish at 100 ppm N all week. Flushing for a week or two, a lot of new growth on the buds, week 9 flower. Won't run sativas indoor again. I don't see this being finished in 2 weeks so I will probably just give it 5 tables spoons of Gaia Green Power Bloom and let her fully ripen before chop day
