Dieur Hey everyone. The seed sprouted in 3 days under a constant temperature of 20 degrees. I just put it in some jefy and in the room. That's it, the germination stage is over. It has just been repotted in a 0.5L pot with recycled soil.

Dieur Hello everyone. Not much progress this week, she moved to a smaller tent which saves me from using heating. She experienced a little stress from the cold. See you later!

Dieur Hey everyone. I'm not doing great. I just watered it with my worm tea. I hope it helps because I’d really like to get it into its final pot soon.

Dieur Hey everyone. Well, it's still not great. The roots are nice and healthy, so I replanted it in a 20L smart pot with Supersoil from the last session mixed with 10% of my worm compost and a dose of maerl. It's in what it was in before. Since I was advised to flush, I preferred to keep this substrate, put half in the pot, and filled the rest with Cell Max soil. I hope it will survive. Just in case, I'm going to start another one, still from Dutch Passion, the Orange Hill. I'm starting the diary.

Grow Questions

Hey, can someone tell me if it's because of my recycled soil? Is my worm compost too rich and burning? If I add some bacteriosol, could that help? Thanks, everyone!

Hi there Dieur, you're right the earthworm compost is too rich. You know it's a common mistake to think that just because you make it at home it's not so strong. It's very strong, you should always dilute it by 10x before you even add it. Live and learn, right now, i would suggest to start over. I know it's not what you want to hear but basically a plant with such stress at this stage will grow slower (stunted) and not produce enough. Sorry. Hope this helps ! 🚀

It's not too rich, you are over watering her giving her access to, too much nutrients. You should let the soil dry out some before watering again. You also don't a pH listing for your water and not knowing what pH of the water that your using will cause problems aswell. You should figure out the pH of your water, then wait till she needs to be watered again, after you give her water take a pH reading of any run off water to make sure that the root zone is between 6 and 7ph.

Dieur Hey everyone, thanks for your responses and I won't hesitate to ask for help. Thanks again. She's regained a bit of strength, so since I might lose everything, I pruned her. And if I have to leave her in the growth stage for a long time, that's not a big deal in my eyes. If I manage to save her. But it's not a sure thing. Stay tuned...

Dieur Hey everyone, no spectacular progress. I'm even thinking of repotting it. I really want to save it. What do you think? It won't be worse, right? Thanks
