Week 1 has been good thus far. Electric sky hanging at 30" Par 210. Misting 2x a day. The soil is damp not soaking. Temp 25'c, humidity 65%during the day. Night temperature 22'c humidity 63%. This is my first grow inside a 4x2 tent with a 4" Ac Infinity fan, seedlings are in 3gal fabric pots in a medium of 70% organic promix potting mix, 20%perlite, and 10% worm castings.
All comments and advice are always welcome as a newbie. Hope these ladies look healthy to anyone as they do me! Happy grow everyone
Just asking in a general if these ladies are healthy, and that my overall data is on point for the first week of growth as seedlings post germination? Thanks
She is looking alright, she does seem a little yellow but that could be something like the light and picture making an effect that's not really there but the worm castings will fix any n issue. I'd keep the pH between 6.5and 6.8, pretty sure the promix is more peat based so it will naturally lower the acidity of your soil
I began the second week with 1/4 soil feed of NITRO that is added to the top layer of soil. I'm using Bigbudjuice throughout with a wet feed, and soil application. Day 9 is when the growth really started to happen as the seedlings seem to have good roots.
Day 11 the girls were then given a 1/4 of budjuice watering which has resulted in some awesome growth over 3 days.
During this week I've slowly increased the intensity while watching how the react and have shown no issues. Currently sitting at 350 Par and will being to.lower slowly to increase par to 450 PAR as the start into Veg. Also lowering RH slowly as well.
I am a new grower, and I'm going slowly and steady while learning not to try to much or be crazy ambitious as a beginner. I also began a pre pest control spray on foliage with neem oil/Dr Bronners dish soap/water mix applying every 10-12 days.
Thanks for stopping by and if you have any tips or advice it is all welcomed.
Super stoked to keep learning as I go, and read the leaves as they are the first warning sign of what is happening.
Happy growing 🤙🤙
FYI not sure what went on with #1 leaves but seems to be growing fine, and all other leaves are growing out right.
The last week has been really good for #2CBD but I've run into high PH on #1CBD which I am currently irrigating the soil with a lower PH level of 6 as the soil is reading out at PH 7.32 so hopefully two drink with just a sligh run off will balance it out. I tend to not allow any run off when giving them a drink without nutes, and has been recommended to have a little run off with a balanced PH level so the nutes don't pocket or allow the water to do the same.
However the growth between them has been really good overall.
The feeding schedule is once a week with an increase in nutes every 3 weeks.
#2CBD has a height of 6.5" and was topped on Day 20 which she seems to be recovering well from. No issues of any sort with her at this time and hopefully there won't be throughout the grow. Will begin lST once she has recovered 🙏
#1CBD has a height of 6" and was topped on Day 20 However I just caught the PH level now so hopefully it doesn't cause to much distress while I resolve the PH level However growth is happening but once she's better growth will become even greater. Will begin to LST once she has improved and shows signs of healthy growth again 🙏
