4 plants were planted at the end of April 2021, 3 in the ground and 1 in a 5 gallon grow bag. The in-ground plants did much better, obviously.
Plants reached about 5-6’ tall about the time I first noticed bud formation.
Unsure on flower week, maybe 10-12 weeks, outdoor grows are a bit different on the timeline.
The in-ground plants grew huge, mostly tall. Was surprised to see such a hardcore indica grow so tall, I stopped measuring them around 9-10’ of height because I couldn’t reach anymore.
Smell became intensely grape and diesel based. Different from when I grew these same seeds indoors earlier in the year. Different colors appearance as well, pretty interesting the environment changes the characteristics so much.
Extremely strong indica.
I can’t really use this one in the daytime without it spacing me out for hours, it really hits you pretty hard. Huge amount of couch lock even without amber trichomes (natural, strain-induced couch lock from CBD).
Great relaxing or night time strain.
***Not able to change sativa/indica balance on the diary - it’s hardcore indica.***
Plants were chopped slowly, one at a time, branch by branch, based on trichome coloration. Due to labor/time limitations I took my time and didn’t chop the whole plant down.
Branches were then washed in 3 baths: one with lemon juice and baking soda, one with peroxide, and one clean water.
Plants were trimmed with a bowl trimmer, wet, and then dried on a bud rack before being placed into Grove Bags.
Lost half of one plant due to a split at the topped node during a storm near mid-flower. Shored it up with duct tape and stakes, managed to pull half the plant to an early harvest and turned it into hash.
A lot of this will be made into edibles & concentrates.
