Week 10. Disregard the dates on the tab I got a little ahead of myself with when I wanted to put her in This is where I'm noticing the buds really filling out quickly. Very tempting right now to just pick one off and sample. And she's also gaining some nice purple hues. She got some pretty bad nute burn after the last heavy feeding. The runoff tested at 5.6 and That was a bit concerning, but I started just straight water from here until I harvest. The smell is pretty strong, kind of earthy with some citrus notes. And the buds are getting super frosty. Lots of nice sugar leaves, I wish I had a better camera. Trichs are super close to where I want them on about 90% of the plant, minus those lower budsites. This thing has been a huge pleasant surprise, because I had almost no hope in the beginning. The resilience is unbelievable and I'm happy with what I'm seeing so far.
@ChoochGrowsWeed, yeah I noticed the weeks adding on! That's good to hear! I don't think I'll be topping mine prob just lst unless I decide to let them go natural. I don't think they will get tall enough for a scrog net.
@Wackytabacky_420,
I'll be updating this sporadically throughout the day so pics are coming soon! I have some really good ones (as well as my phone cam could take) from over the past couple of weeks. And I'd wager that 4 or 5 should fit nicely in a 4x4.
See I asked about topping this strain too because it actually says to defoliate and top on 420fastbuds website and someone said don't top an auto? So why would the breeder suggest it then?
@Wackytabacky_420,
In fact, I have a gorilla cookies seedling from fastbuds right next to my BD and I'm probably gonna defoliate that one if it gets real bushy. Haven't decided if I'm gonna top though I guess that'll be determined by how well she comes along.
@Wackytabacky_420,
I did zero defoliating only because of the stress I was already putting her through. Topping autos can be done, it just comes down to proper timing since the veg window is so small.
