Sedden I started the germination process on 10/20/2021, 5 days later I noticed that some seeds had started to show their roots, so I mounted the grower which is in its initial state. On 10/24/2021 I planted 3 seeds inside the grower, used a low amount of NPK in the soil, added two 28w LED lamps and today I will proceed with the ventilation process.

I need to create an air exchange scheme inside my grower, but I cannot afford to buy an exhaust fan, I have some coolers and I would like to know if it is possible to continue with them and how many coolers would be recommended to put in my grower

The air exchange is so that the plants can transpire and get a fresh intake of CO2. You can use any regular fan to do this. If your only getting a day temp of 20 then you should not run into any heat issues so having coolers will not help. At the current stage your at its not that big of a deal. It will be when your plant gets bigger and starts to fill out the tent. You will need to get some fans to move the air around. Happy Growing
