Seed took 24 hours to show the tap root. Then planted into a 3l airpot. The seed came up after just over another 24 hours. Looks healthy. Now placed in the tent with the light fairly close but dimmed to 25%
Coming along nicely. I gave her a top dress with some worm castings and added a little alfalfa chop mulch. I also topped her yesterday.
Update, I have transplanted her into her final pot. I rejunvinated the soil from a previous grow with some amendments called ecothrive life cycle. It contains mealworm frass, neem cake, kelp meal, crustacean meal, basalt, gypsum and humic and fulvic acids. I also added a good amount of worm castings from my own worm farm which I'm hoping is the bomb as I've been to alot of effort to feed them a diverse range of things. Then topped with straw and alfalfa chop for mulch
Comin along. I have topped the first split again and the next set of branches down so a total of 5 topping sites, which should really set me up for a nice even canopy. I have also started to train it using plant bends
I've just flipped her into flower due to some time constraints. Let's hope she triples in size in the coming weeks. The cover crop has established nicely and hopefully soon they will be overshadowed by the dosidos
So we've finished the first week of flower and the stretch is going well. This week I'm gonna lollipop the bottom third of the plant and trim the cover crop to focus on the top buds
Not much to say. Small plant but I had time restrictions. Was hoping for a bit more stretch but it seems to have stopped growing now. We will just have to see what she can produce
Looking good so far. I have done some defoliating around the middle of the plant to let a bit more light through to the lower buds. Not much more to report really. Still only being watered with rain water and the occasional mycorrhizal tea
She's maturing quite fast, looks to not have very long left despite what the suggested time is. Buds have tightened up and a few of the lower leaves have lost colour. The buds have a beautiful purple tint. Not sure if it has matured faster than normal just due to being a small plant. Looks like it will be done soon
