Haven't had any problems. Was thinking maybe the lime green color in the middle isn't ideal. Feels like they're trying to communicate something. I checked the pH levels and everything seems to be fine. Hopefully once they mature it won't be an issue any more. I think it could also just be fresh leaves.
19/6- Just been giving them water, time and space! They're growing like champs. I'm going to start mixing in nutes soonish. See how they do. Keeping them inside for now, away from scary weather.
25/6- Transplanted them yesterday, they are looking very healthy. Had them in the sun for most of the day, put them in the shade now because they seemed to be stressing cause of the heat. Will leave them out longer tomorrow.
They are growing like crazy! They caught up to my other grow thats a week ahead of them. I think transplanting these on time has made them thrive. Now the sun is doing all the work for me. Its getting hot but it looks like they really like it.
02/07 - I fimmed two of the three plants. I wanted to see one grow naturally. They have pretty much caught up to if not passed the size of the plants I started a week earlier. They are all looking very well. Sprayed some vitta race on the leaves.
Protected them from their first rain last night, also added fish force to their feeding routine. Hoping to get even strong veging plants. Shelbi 2.0's stem was a little crooked so I've been trying to correct that with some Low Stress Training.
On another note, this week my girlfriend took the pictures of my plants. I'm going to try to get a different person to photograph every week so I can get a variety of pictures throughout the grow. Put an artistic touch onto my diary. I go to school for cinematography so next week I'll have one of my classmates take the updated photos.
Pictures coming soon, they will be made by my friend Bean, he studies cinematography as well. I'm excited to see his pictures. Plants are doing very well. Sun has been out and the plants have been growing. Accidentally misread the dosage of fish force but they were able to handle it. I also just received some advanced nutrients, Carboload and Tarantula. It says to give tarantula at the beginning of the veg and flowering state but I was late..Still thought I would give it a try. I also have some leaf discoloration on Walvisje, its just half the leaf. Pictures wil come later!
07/14- Supercropped Pumpkin Scone yesterday, may have gone a little overboard but she still looked good today regardless..
Transplanted all the plants into 25l air pots. All plants were very ready for transplant. They were drinking very much water. They look very comfy in their bigger containers, can't wait to see some more growth. Trained plants are doing well. Shelbi is much fuller than pumpkin scone. I've been going through some experiments with her and supercropping. Accidentally lost a couple branches so I hope she bounces back. Walvisje I haven't touched and she looks spectacular!
The weather has been very warm and the root production has been intense! The plants are loving it. I've been supercropping Pumpkin Scone here and there and she seem to be reacting pretty well to it. Interested how it'll differ from the other plants at harvest. Shelbi's branches are just tied down and shes been creating many new bud sites as well. Walvisje is standing tall!
Photos taken by a photography friend with an old soviet lens :P
Well it has been a bit since my last post because I had to get rid of some plants due to the legality of growing here in Belgium. I'm still over the limit but hopefully no jail time if I get caught! I gave my girlfriends parents Shelbi 2.0 and my friend Bean has Pumpkin scone. So they are still being taken care of. :) I choose to keep the natural growing one that wasn't topped because she is also named after my girlfriend. Walvisje is doing well.
