Hmm… the leaves look rather dark, am I would imagine the buds should be larger by this time with the amount of light you give them.
I would consider giving them a flush and a fresh feed with 1ml/l PK instead of 0,5/l.
I previously experienced slow bud development and dark leaves when lacking sufficient PK.
