If your plant is very small I would move the light closer or try a new light. c02 releasers are not necessarily needed. but they do fatten buds and increase yield.

natural C02 outside is about 400ppm. inside my house it is about 350-380ppm.(weird cause usually it is higher than outside but oh well.) I do not have a c02 emitter. I just marked what it was in the basement. you can buy a c02 air quality monitor.
