Setted up this cutting of Skywalker. Having some initial problems with air and humidity. Hopefully is going to rain soon so humidity will rise a bit. Planning to do some LST and ScrOG. I'm helped by a friend because my skills are not good enough yet.
Let me know if you liked the sequences! I'm trying to do some timelapse research as well. Raspberry is running the timelapse and compiling the video I'm trying to update every day or two.
😷7/12 Changed water due nutrients deposit. Clean start as the roots have touched the water. EC 1.5 Ph 6.2
😵Ps. light was set with VEG and BLOOM BOTH ON! Lol, hopefully this is the 5th day 😂
10/12 Big update: changed pot with a smaller one, also changed the stone and the position of the air pump. Now the plant looks like a bonsai. Say hello to week 2!
12/12 NEXT BIG UPDATE: Say hello to PH autoregulator V.1 It shows me the ph value constantly and put ph- solution if it goes to high! Pretty proud of myself in this DIY weekend!
17 December
New week, new tech update.
I've built a little box controlled by arduino to automatically check and correct the ph value. Hydroponic cultivation is really for lazy people.
I've removed the raspberry as I'm thinking of a new nerd update...
This has been a weird week, I woke up one day with a pot foam party due to a miscalculation of my new system which endangered my plant with a PH value of 2.8, 2.8 !!!
He changed everything and restored the solution. I had trouble with oxygenation so I changed my air pump to a brand new one (also very quiet) and put everything electric out of the growbox, now it looks cleaner!
That is to say, the plant has reacted very well to the LST operations.
The roots have doubled in size.
The plant begins to show itself in its final form after having extended a few more centimeters in the last few days.
The first time I have witnessed such a rapid extension of the stems, the main bud has directly decided to crash into the light.
I decided to rig all the new extensions to give the plant a greater surface area of light.
I'm afraid this beast will start to smell very quickly and heavily! GOOD!
Welcome to the Jungle! You can really see this is my first time doing lst. I had problem with a lack of water that produced those yellow leaves.
Added more water and checked the nutrients,
From now on I think I will not put any more nutrient, unless you prove me wrong!
Peace!
